Air Sanitizing Scent Cartridges

V-313485™ Scent Cartridges

Natural and safe active ingredients known to kill airborne viral pathogens (viruses and bacteria) are combined and precisely released through a dry-air diffusion system to significantly reduce the concentration of airborne viruses, and the subsequent transmission, exposure, and possibility of contamination.

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and CDC confirmed in recent months that the virus that causes the COVID-19 disease can infect individuals through both airborne (aerosol) transmission and direct surface contact. Their tests demonstrated that when an infected individual coughs or sneezes, the virus is carried by droplets and remains viable and still able to infect others as an airborne-based pathogen for at least three hours. Unfortunately, current HVAC filter technology can’t trap the contagions due to their extremely small size. And while face masks and barriers can help reduce transmission, sanitizing the air around us adds a much higher degree of safety from these threatening   airborne pathogens.

Inhalio has created an airborne virus-killing scent solution that can significantly reduce airborne pathogens. Independent laboratory tests have determined that the Inhalio dry-air diffusion system with its special virus-killing scent formula (V-313485) reduced surrogate* airborne viral pathogens by 92.3%, 97.2% and 99.8%, over 30min, 60min, and 120min periods of intermittent release, respectively. The Inhalio V-313485 air sanitizing formula is based on natural “active ingredients” that are known to kill airborne pathogens while also being safe to breathe and has a pleasant clean scent. Releasing this V313485 scent formula with our precision dry-air diffusion system provides a much healthier environment wherever deployed, especially when combined with masks and barriers. *The MS2 Bacteriophage Virus, ATCC 15597-B1, was used for these tests. MS2 an ideal surrogate virus for a number of viruses including Rhinovirus and Picornaviruses, and as a screener virus for Coronaviruses for these test as it is non-enveloped virus that is harder to kill than the enveloped Coronavirus. MS2 Tests were conducted by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory, compliant with current GLP regulations as stipulated by the EPA and FDA to determine the antimicrobial efficacy of the Inhalio V-313485 formula and dry-air diffusion methodology.
